KEY INFORMATION

ELIGIBILITY

• Deal Registrations must be Approved and Qualified by Crowdstrike to qualify for applicable incentives.
• For customer demo's to be eligible for the reward payout a CrowdStrike /NEXTGEN SA must attend the demo or the partner must submit a screenshot of the demo with the customer and cc Ross Scott/John Aziz with the next steps on the follow-up email to the customer
• All participating Crowdstrike Partners must have a valid, in force and fully executed Crowdstrike Partner agreement.
• Qualifying Crowdstrike Deal/Opportunity/Activity Registrations will be taken from the date of the first INCENTA Program registration received by an authorised company representative.
• Eligible Opportunities/Deal Registrations and earned incentives/rewards will be communicated and sent to all program registrants within 4 weeks of the end date of the promotion
• Offer valid from June 17th - September 30th, 2025.

PROGRAM SPECIFICS

• In some cases, NEXTGEN can raise and process applicable Vendor Deal Registrations on behalf of the partner. If you would like to be contacted about this, please check the applicable box on the INCENTA registration form.
• Rewards will be paid to the authorised partner representative that has opted-into the vendor INCENTA program. Where there is multiple partner representatives that have opted into the same program on behalf of a partner company that has earned rewards, payments will be made to those listed in the “Reward Acceptance Form” communicated to all eligible opted-in partner contacts at the conclusion of the outlined promo period.
• Incentives/rewards cannot be exchanged for rebate or cash equivalent.

TAXATION

• NEXTGEN offers no taxation advice and accepts no taxation liability to claimants or their employers arising from or in connection with promotions or any similar incentive, loyalty or reward programs.
