Terms & Conditions

KEY INFORMATION:

All potentially eligible deal registrations must be submitted and approved between 1st September 2024 – 31st January 2025
Total incentive/reward prize pool is $5,000 AUD. First come first served.

ELIGIBILITY:

Any deal registrations or activities submitted or approved outside the designated Reward Program timeframe will not be eligible for this Rewards Program.
Eligible participants are specified invited Distribution Focus Partners reselling Netskope products through NEXTGEN Distribution Pty Ltd.
Deal Registrations must be Approved and Qualified by Netskope to qualify for applicable incentives.
Deals qualified and been paid under Netskope’s Rockstar Partner Incentive are ineligible.
All participating Netskope Partners must have a valid, in force and fully executed Netskope Partner agreement.
Bonus incentives/rewards for converted opportunities must also be completed within the promotion period.
You must register your company to participate and accept the INCENTA Program Terms & Conditions.
Qualifying Netskope Deal/Opportunity Registrations will be taken from the date of the first INCENTA Program registration received by an authorised company representative.
All participating Partner Representatives must have an active contact record in their company’s partner account and access to the Netskope Partner portal.
Renewal Opportunities/Deal Registrations are EXCLUDED from this promotion.
Eligible Opportunities/Deal Registrations and earned incentives/rewards will be communicated and sent to all program registrants within 2 weeks of the end date of the promotion.

PROGRAM SPECIFICS:

In some cases, NEXTGEN can raise and process applicable Vendor Deal Registrations on behalf of the partner. If you would like to be contacted about this, please check the applicable box on the INCENTA registration form.
Rewards will be paid to the authorised partner representative that has opted-into the vendor INCENTA program. Where there is multiple partner representatives that have opted into the same program on behalf of a partner company that has earned rewards, payments will be made to those listed in the “Reward Acceptance Form” communicated to all eligible opted-in partner contacts at the conclusion of the outlined promo period.
Incentives/rewards cannot be exchanged for rebate or cash equivalent.

REWARDS:

$150 AUD for approved Netskope DEAL REGISTRATIONS where an eligible partner cross-sells Netskope to existing customers where there is an existing footprint with Okta, CrowdStrike, Illumio, ExtraHop, SentinelOne, Mimecast and is over 500 seats.
$150 AUD for an approved Netskope DEAL REGISTRATIONS for a Netskope upsell opportunity of over 500 seats.
$100 AUD when you leverage NEXTGEN CyberLab in any customer opportunity. Additional uplift to $150 AUD total when you run an integration Netskope demo in Cyberlab with Okta, CrowdStrike, Illumio, ExtraHop, SentinelOne or Mimecast.
$100 AUD for an approved DR for a net new logo to Netskope for accounts 500 to 1000 seats .
$750 AUD each for the AE and SE for an approved Borderless-WAN Deal Reg that closes before Jan 31, 2025. Must be >500 seats, >$1K AUD ACV value, eligible for DRs placed from Sept 1 2025 - deal must close by Jan 31, 2025.
Cyberlab demo rewards may be combined/stacked with applicable Netskope Incenta rewards. All other Netskope Incenta rewards may not be combined/stacked with other Netskope Incenta rewards, the higher value reward applicable will be rewarded

TAXATION:

NEXTGEN Group offers no taxation advice and accepts no taxation liability to claimants or their employers arising from or in connection with promotions or any similar incentive, loyalty or reward programs. Any taxation liability is the sole responsibility of the claimant to ensure they have permission from their employer to participate in NEXTGEN Incentive/Rewards programs.

CHANGES TO TERMS:

NEXTGEN Group reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.
All decisions made by NEXTGEN are final.
