• Ineligible partners are those participating in SentinelOne Go Big Rebates FY25 & SentinelOne Accelerate SPIFF FY25 APJ.

• Deal Registrations must be Approved and Qualified by SentinelOne to qualify for applicable incentives.
• All participating SentinelOne Partners must have a valid, in force and fully executed SentinelOne Partner agreement.
• Bonus incentives/rewards for converted opportunities must also be completed within the promotion period.
• You must register your company to participate and accept the INCENTA Program Terms & Conditions.
• Qualifying SentineOne Deal/Opportunity Registrations will be taken from the date of the first INCENTA Program registration received by an authorised company representative.
• All participating Partner Representatives must have an active contact record in their company’s partner account and access to the SentinelOne Partner portal.
• Eligible Opportunities/Deal Registrations and earned incentives/rewards will be communicated and sent to all program registrants within 2 weeks of the end date of the promotion.

• In some cases, NEXTGEN can raise and process applicable Vendor Deal Registrations on behalf of the partner. If you would like to be contacted about this, please check the applicable box on the INCENTA registration form.
• Rewards will be paid to the authorised partner representative that has opted-into the vendor INCENTA program. Where there is multiple partner representatives that have opted into the same program on behalf of a partner company that has earned rewards, payments will be made to those listed in the “Reward Acceptance Form” communicated to all eligible opted-in partner contacts at the conclusion of the outlined promo period.
• Incentives/rewards cannot be exchanged for rebate or cash equivalent.
