Terms & Conditions

• New Logo Compliance/Accreditation Incentives opportunities must be submitted and approved between 1st January 2024 and 31st December, 2024. 
• Any deal registrations submitted or approved outside the designated Reward Program timeframe will not be eligible for this Rewards Program. 
•  All rebates to be paid by the Distributing partner​.
• All rebates and available merchandise are paid at the end of the current quarter.
• All participating Gigamon Partners must have a valid, in force and fully executed Gigamon Partner agreement.
• Offer available to Australian & New Zealand resellers.
• NEXTGEN staff are eligible to receive rewards for completing accreditations for both Sales and Technical programs only.
• You must register your company to participate and accept the INCENTA Program Terms & Conditions.
• Qualifying Gigamon Deal/Opportunity Registrations will be taken from the date of the first INCENTA Program registration received by an authorised company representative and backdated to 1st January, 2024.
• The final amount of the accepted deal registration may differ to the amount that the partner representative has indicated. This decision sits with the individual Gigamon RSD and their knowledge of the specific opportunity.
• All participating Partner Representatives must have an active contact record in their company’s partner account and access to the Partner Community.
• Renewal Deal registrations are EXCLUDED from this promotion.
• Eligible Opportunities/Deal Registrations and earned rewards will be communicated and sent to all program registrants within 2 weeks of the end date of the promotion.
• In some cases, NEXTGEN can raise and process applicable Vendor Deal Registrations on behalf of the partner. If you would like to be contacted about this, please check the applicable box on the INCENTA registration form.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for rebate or cash equivalent.
• NEXTGEN Group offers no taxation advice and accepts no taxation liability to claimants or their employers arising from or in connection with promotions or any similar incentive, loyalty or reward programs. Any taxation liability is the sole responsibility of the claimant to ensure they have permission from their employer to participate in NEXTGEN Rewards programs.

• Rewards will be paid to the authorised partner representative that has opted-into the vendor INCENTA program. Where there is multiple partner representatives that have opted into the same program on behalf of a partner company that has earned rewards, payments will be made to those listed in the “Reward Acceptance Form” communicated to all eligible opted-in partner contacts at the conclusion of the outlined promo period.
