Terms & Conditions
- Promotion Period: January 1st, 2024, to June 30th, 2024.
- Total Incentive/Reward Pool: Deal Registrations and Certifications vary incentives to a total value of $3,500 per month and may be increased at SUSE’s discretion – additional product based incentives carry additional amounts and will be assessed by SUSE per promotion.
- Deal Registrations: Approval by SUSE is required for incentive qualification. Only Emerald and Diamond partners are eligible for Deal Registration - to become an Emerald Partner, you need to complete one Technical Certification and one Sales Certification per organisation (speak to your Nextgen representative on how to do this) – approx. 60 minutes per certification. To be eligible for incentive, you must be registered on the SUSE Partner Portal.
- Bonus Incentives/Rewards: For converted opportunities, must be completed within the promotion period.
- Offer Availability: Australian and New Zealand resellers are eligible.
- Company Participation: Registration and acceptance of INCENTA Program Terms & Conditions is required.
- Qualifying Registrations: Taken from the date of the first INCENTA Program registration by an authorised company representative.
- Exclusions: MSSP and Renewal Opportunities/Deal Registrations not included.
- Communication of Eligible Opportunities/Rewards: Once the deal has been approved internally by SUSE.
- Deal Registrations Handling: NEXTGEN can process Vendor Deal Registrations on behalf of partners.
- Incentive Distribution: Paid to the individual named in the registration unless otherwise stated by the authorised company representative. Only 1 incentive will be paid per Deal Registration, incentives for Certification will be paid to the individual on the certificate.
- Incentive/Rebate Redemption: Not exchangeable for cash equivalent.
- Taxation Responsibility: Claimants and employers hold sole responsibility for any taxation liability arising from promotions.
- Promotion Alteration/Cancellation: Reserved right by NEXTGEN Group.
- Training and Certification Courses: Refer to the SUSE Partner Portal. Certificate copies within promotion dates required by NEXTGEN Vendor Business Manager.
- Quarterly Sales Incentive: SUSE reserves the right to add and remove incentives as the market demand warrants.
- Rewards will be paid to the authorised partner representative that has opted-into the vendor INCENTA program. Where there is multiple partner representatives that have opted into the same program on behalf of a partner company that has earned rewards, payments will be made to those listed in the “Reward Acceptance Form” communicated to all eligible opted-in partner contacts at the conclusion of the outlined promo period.
