Terms & Conditions

Partners Eligible to Participate:

• All Mimecast partners transacting with NEXTGEN, are welcome to participate in the program timelines for the certification incentive.

• However, only select partners will be eligible for all three (3) incentives - these partners are listed below:

Program Timelines

• Program dates: 1st of September 2024 – March 21st 2025

Program Payout and Mechanics

• Participating partners are paid a SPIFF for (a) Sales & Technical certifications, (b) Deal Registrations, and (c) Deals Closed/Won.

• Payout to partners will be made through Exclusive Australia, and claimable on a quarterly basis from Mimecast to your authorised INCENTA registrant.

• Only New Business and Expansion deals are eligible for this SPIFF.

• Qualifying Expansion Opportunities will be backdated to 1st November 2024. 

• Payout rates based on “#certifications achieved” and “Seat Bands” and are featured in the advertised tables.

• Program cap: Certification payments are capped to a maximum of AUD2,000 per quarter; and in accordance to both caps for the sales and technical certifications, will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.

• Mimecast and NEXTGEN reserves the right to amend program as it deems fit, and decisions for payout will be final.

Incentive/Payout Details.

• For New Business Deals registered and closed during the Program Period the following incentives will be payable.

• All currency is in AUD.

  i. Certification. A payment shall be awarded for sales and technical certification in accordance to the table below, and subject to maximum number # of certifications per quarter basis.

  ii. Deal Registration: During the Program Period, a payment will be awarded for Deal Registrations that meet the following criteria:

  - Are accepted and approved by Mimecast

  - Fall within the corresponding seat bands

  iii. Closed-Won. A second incentive shall be awarded for the opportunities attached to the deal registrations created in the Incentive set forth that are subsequently closed prior to the end of the Program Period.
