• Forescout Proof of value: To qualify, Forescout must have issued a Forescout product licence key, the customer must have gone live with an installation AND the partner must either shadow or lead the proof of value process. In addition, there must also be a Forescout approved POV success plan, to include critical success criteria.
• Forescout Purchase order: To qualify, Forescout must have received a valid PO via NextGen, which has then been processed and invoiced, and accompanied by a fully executed End-user License Agreement.
• The programme cannot be combined with other Forescout Partner Incentives.
• The rewards can be split between qualifying participants at Forescout & NEXTGEN’s sole discretion.

Program Timelines

• Program dates: 1st of September 2024 – March 21st 2025

Program Payout and Mechanics

• Participating partners are paid a SPIFF for (a) Sales & Technical certifications, (b) Deal Registrations, and (c) Deals Closed/Won.

• Payout to partners will be made through Exclusive Australia, and claimable on a quarterly basis from Mimecast to your authorised INCENTA registrant.

• Only New Business deals are eligible for this SPIFF.

• Payout rates based on “#certifications achieved” and “Seat Bands” and are featured in the advertised tables.

• Program cap: Certification payments are capped to a maximum of AUD2,000 per quarter; and in accordance to both caps for the sales and technical certifications, will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.

• Mimecast and NEXTGEN reserves the right to amend program as it deems fit, and decisions for payout will be final.

Incentive/Payout Details.

• For New Business Deals registered and closed during the Program Period the following incentives will be payable.

• All currency is in AUD.

  i. Certification. A payment shall be awarded for sales and technical certification in accordance to the table below, and subject to maximum number # of certifications per quarter basis.

  ii. Deal Registration: During the Program Period, a payment will be awarded for Deal Registrations that meet the following criteria:

  - Include a Proof of Concept with (POC)

  - Are accepted and approved by Mimecast

  - Fall within the corresponding seat bands

  iii. Closed-Won. A second incentive shall be awarded for the opportunities attached to the deal registrations created in the Incentive set forth that are subsequently closed prior to the end of the Program Period.

• $100 AUD for an approved DR for a net new logo to Netskope for accounts 500 to 1000 seats .
• $750 AUD each for the AE and SE for an approved Borderless-WAN Deal Reg that closes before Jan 31, 2025. Must be >500 seats, >$1K AUD ACV value, eligible for DRs placed from Sept 1 2025 - deal must close by Jan 31, 2025.
