ELIGIBILITY

• Any activities submitted, approved or completed outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

PROGRAM SPECIFICS

Deal Registration & Conversion Rewards

• Rewards are available for approved, net-new CrowdStrike SMB opportunities.

• Only one Deal Registration reward may be paid per approved opportunity.

• Converted Deal rewards are payable only when the registered opportunity reaches Closed Won status and is invoiced through NEXTGEN within the Promotion Period.

• Opportunity value will be determined using the approved CrowdStrike opportunity value.

CrowdClass Enablement Rewards

1. Rewards are available only to newly onboarded CrowdStrike partners.
2. Proof of completion is required before rewards can be approved.
3. Acceptable proof includes:

• CrowdClass completion certificate; or

• CrowdStrike training completion confirmation.

1. Each participant may claim each training reward once only.

Demand Generation Accelerator Rewards

• SMB Blitz Days, SMB email campaigns and account mapping activities must be completed in conjunction with or approved by NEXTGEN.

• Proof of activity completion may be requested by NEXTGEN before rewards are approved.

• Account Mapping rewards are limited to one claim per partner during the Promotion Period.

General

• Rewards will be paid to the authorised partner representative(s) nominated during Program registration.

• Incentives and rewards cannot be exchanged for rebates or cash equivalents.

• Rewards are subject to verification and approval by NEXTGEN and CrowdStrike.

TAXATION

• NEXTGEN offers no taxation advice and accepts no liability for taxation obligations arising from participation in this Program.
• Participants are responsible for obtaining their employer's approval to participate where required.
• Any taxation liability arising from rewards received is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
