• All potentially eligible deal registrations must be submitted and approved between 1st April, 2024 and 30th September, 2024. 
• Any deal registrations submitted or approved outside the designated Reward Program timeframe will not be eligible for this Rewards Program. 
• Total reward prize pool is $6,000 AUD. First come first served.
• Eligible participants include all active members of the Imperva Partner Connect Program reselling Imperva
  products through NEXTGEN Distribution Pty Ltd.
• Deal Registrations must be submitted through NEXTGEN Distribution PLUS Approved and Qualified by Imperva to qualify for applicable rewards.  
• All participating Imperva Partners must have a valid, in force and fully executed Imperva Partner agreement.
• Bonus rewards for converted opportunities must also be completed within the promotion period.
• Offer available to Australian resellers.
• You must register your company to participate and accept the INCENTA Program Terms & Conditions.
• Qualifying Imperva Deal/Opportunity Registrations will be taken from the date of the first INCENTA Program registration received by an authorised company representative.
• All participating Partner Representatives must have an active contact record in their company’s partner account and access to the Partner Community.
• Renewal Deal registrations are EXCLUDED from this promotion.
• Eligible Opportunities/Deal Registrations and earned rewards will be communicated and sent to all program registrants within 2 weeks of the end date of the promotion.
• In some cases, NEXTGEN can raise and process applicable Vendor Deal Registrations on behalf of the partner. If you would like to be contacted about this, please check the applicable box on the INCENTA registration form.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for rebate or cash equivalent.
• NEXTGEN Group offers no taxation advice and accepts no taxation liability to claimants or their employers arising from or in connection with promotions or any similar incentive, loyalty or reward programs. Any taxation liability is the sole responsibility of the claimant to ensure they have permission from their employer to participate in NEXTGEN Rewards programs.

• Rewards will be paid to the authorised partner representative that has opted-into the vendor INCENTA program. Where there is multiple partner representatives that have opted into the same program on behalf of a partner company that has earned rewards, payments will be made to those listed in the “Reward Acceptance Form” communicated to all eligible opted-in partner contacts at the conclusion of the outlined promo period.
