- Log in to partner portal. If you are not registered for the partner portal, please reach out to Swapnil Jain to get set up.
- Select ‘Educate’ from the tool bar at the top of the page.
- From the drop down, select ‘Partner Academy’.
- This will open into a new window. Select ‘Content library’ from tool bar at the top of the page. Search for Solarwinds Sales Expert Foundation 4.
- Select the Solarwinds Sales Expert Foundation 4 course and then select ‘Start learning path’ to complete certification.
- Once the course is completed, please share the certificate to Swapnil Jain and don’t forget to add on your socials and tag NEXTGENGroup and SolarWinds to be recognised for your reward.

Alternatively, you can submit one through Solarwinds Partner Portal.
Terms & Conditions
- Promotion date is 1st January to 30th June 2024.
- Total incentive/reward prize pool is $5,000 USD per Quarter. First come first served.
- Deal Registrations must be approved by SOLARWINDS to qualify for applicable incentives.
- Bonus incentives/rewards for converted opportunities must also be completed within the promotion period.
- Offer available to Australian and New Zealand resellers.
- You must register your company to participate and accept the INCENTA Program Terms & Conditions.
- Qualifying SOLARWINDS Deal/Opportunity Registrations will be taken from the date of the first INCENTA Program registration received by an authorised company representative.
- Eligible Opportunities/Deal Registrations and earned incentives/rewards will be communicated and sent to all program registrants within 4 weeks of the end date of the promotion.
- In some cases, NEXTGEN can raise and process applicable Vendor Deal Registrations on behalf of the partner. If you would like to be contacted about this, please check the applicable box on the INCENTA registration form.
- Incentives/rewards will be paid to the authorised company representative that registered for the promotion. In the case of the multiple registrations from the same company, senior management will be notified by the NEXTGEN Accounts team and details provided for qualifying opportunities for the internal company distribution of incentives/rewards along with the details of those that registered for the promotion.
- Incentives/rewards cannot be exchanged for rebate or cash equivalent.
- NEXTGEN Group offers no taxation advice and accepts no taxation liability to claimants or their employers arising from or in connection with promotions or any similar incentive, loyalty or reward programs. Any taxation liability is the sole responsibility of the claimant to ensure they have permission from their employer to participate in NEXTGEN Incentive/Rewards programs.
- NEXTGEN Group reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.
- Offer Applicable to all new SolarWinds Core IT products and Hybrid Cloud Observability (HCO). Applicable to new licenses only - not applicable for renewals, or fulfilment orders. HCO Conversions are subject to approval.
- Rewards will be paid to the authorised partner representative that has opted-into the vendor INCENTA program. Where there is multiple partner representatives that have opted into the same program on behalf of a partner company that has earned rewards, payments will be made to those listed in the “Reward Acceptance Form” communicated to all eligible opted-in partner contacts at the conclusion of the outlined promo period.
