• All potentially eligible deal registrations must be submitted and approved between 1st August 2024 and 31st October 2024. 
• Any deal registrations submitted or approved outside the designated Reward Program timeframe will not be eligible for this Rewards Program. 
• Promotion only applies to Enterprise SKU Opportunities with a min user size of 100 seats.
• Rewards will be paid out to the first 20 eligible deal registrations. 
• Eligible participants include all active members of the Proofpoint Partner Program reselling Proofpoint products through NEXTGEN Distribution Pty Ltd.
• Deal Registrations must be approved by Proofpoint to qualify for applicable incentives.  
• All participating Proofpoint Partners must have a valid, in force and fully executed Proofpoint Partner agreement.
• Bonus incentives/rewards for converted opportunities must also be completed within the promotion period.
• Offer available to Australian resellers only.
• You must register your company to participate and accept the INCENTA Program Terms & Conditions.
• Qualifying Proofpoint Deal/Opportunity Registrations will be taken from the date of the first INCENTA Program registration received by an authorised company representative.
• All participating Partner Representatives must have an active contact record in their company’s partner account and access to the Partner Community
• Promotion only applies to net new logo opportunities.
• Eligible Opportunities/Deal Registrations and earned incentives/rewards will be communicated and sent to all program registrants within 4 weeks of the end date of the promotion.
• In some cases, NEXTGEN Distribution Pty Ltd can raise and process applicable Vendor Deal Registrations on behalf of the partner. If you would like to be contacted about this, please check the applicable box on the INCENTA registration form.
• Incentives/rewards will be paid to the authorised company representative that registered for the promotion. In the case of the multiple registrations from the same company, senior management will be notified by the NEXTGEN Accounts team and details provided for qualifying opportunities for the internal company distribution of incentives/rewards along with the details of those that registered for the promotion.
• Incentives/rewards cannot be exchanged for rebate or cash equivalent.
• NEXTGEN Distribution Pty Ltd offers no taxation advice and accepts no taxation liability to claimants or their employers arising from or in connection with promotions or any similar incentive, loyalty or reward programs. Where there is multiple partner representatives that have opted into the same program on behalf of a partner company that has earned rewards, payments will be made to those listed in the “Reward Acceptance Form” communicated to all eligible opted-in partner contacts at the conclusion of the outlined promo period.
