Terms & Conditions
- Promotion date is 1st October 2024 to 30th June 2025
- Total incentive/reward prize pool is $30,000 USD. First come first served.
- Deal Registrations must be approved by OPENTEXT to qualify for applicable incentives. Qualifying deal registrations (for the purpose of deal reg incentive) exclude oSpace sourced opportunities.
- Bonus incentives/rewards for converted opportunities must also be completed within the promotion period.
- Offer available to Australian and New Zealand resellers.
- You must register your company to participate and accept the INCENTA Program Terms & Conditions.
- Qualifying OPENTEXT Deal/Opportunity Registrations will be taken from the date of the first INCENTA Program registration received by an authorised company representative.
- Eligible Opportunities/Deal Registrations and earned incentives/rewards will be communicated and sent to all program registrants within 2 weeks of the end date of the promotion.
- NEXTGEN can raise and process applicable Vendor Deal Registrations on behalf of the partner.
- Incentives/rewards will be paid to the authorised company representative that registered for the promotion. In the case of the multiple registrations from the same company, senior management will be notified by the NEXTGEN Accounts team and details provided for qualifying opportunities for the internal company distribution of incentives/rewards along with the details of those that registered for the promotion.
- By participating in the program, participants guarantee that they are eligible to accept the end of year and quarterly prizes (if applicable) pursuant to the internal policies and procedures they are subject to, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Incentives/rewards cannot be exchanged for rebate or cash equivalent and are not in exchange for improperly securing business or favourable business terms.
- NEXTGEN offers no taxation advice and accepts no taxation liability to claimants or their employers arising from or in connection with promotions or any similar incentive, loyalty or reward programs. Any taxation liability is the sole responsibility of the claimant to ensure they have permission from their employer to participate in NEXTGEN Incentive/Rewards programs.
- NEXTGEN reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.

- Highest quarterly closed/won OPENTEXT sales opportunity (min 25kAUD) in Q2 (from 1st October to 30th December 2024) qualifies for a VR Headset up to $600 in value, in Q3 (from 1st January to 30th March 2025) qualifies for a OpenText branded fridge for their business up to $1000 in value and Q4 (from 1st April to 30th June 2025) qualifies for a "Drive a race car" or "Fly and Dine" experience up to $500 in value.
- 2 nights accommodation in Hunter Valley or equivalent subject to availability.
- Rewards will be paid to the authorised partner representative that has opted-into the vendor INCENTA program. Where there is multiple partner representatives that have opted into the same program on behalf of a partner company that has earned rewards, payments will be made to those listed in the “Reward Acceptance Form” communicated to all eligible opted-in partner contacts at the conclusion of the outlined promo period.
