Terms & Conditions 

• All potentially eligible deal registrations must be submitted and approved between 1^st November, 2024 – 31^st January 2025
• Any deal registrations submitted or approved outside the designated Reward Program timeframe will not be eligible for this Rewards Program. 
• Total incentive/reward prize pool is $3,000 AUD. First come first served.
• Eligible participants include all active members of the Okta Partner Connect Program reselling Okta products through NEXTGEN Distribution Pty Ltd.
  
• Deal Registrations must be STAGE 2 Approved and Qualified by OKTA to qualify for applicable incentives.  
• All participating Okta Partners must have a valid, in force and fully executed Okta Partner agreement.
• Bonus incentives/rewards for converted opportunities must also be completed within the promotion period.
• Offer available to Australian and New Zealand resellers.
• You must register your company to participate and accept the INCENTA Program Terms & Conditions.
• Qualifying OKTA Deal/Opportunity Registrations will be taken from the date of the first INCENTA Program registration received by an authorised company representative.
• All participating Partner Representatives must have an active contact record in their company’s partner account and access to the Partner Community (partner.okta.com).
• Renewal Opportunities/Deal Registrations are EXCLUDED from this promotion.
• Eligible Opportunities/Deal Registrations and earned incentives/rewards will be communicated and sent to all program registrants within 2 weeks of the end date of the promotion.
• In some cases, NEXTGEN can raise and process applicable Vendor Deal Registrations on behalf of the partner. If you would like to be contacted about this, please check the applicable box on the INCENTA registration form.
• Incentives/rewards will be paid to the authorised company representative that registered for the promotion. In the case of the multiple registrations from the same company, senior management will be notified by the NEXTGEN Accounts team and details provided for qualifying opportunities for the internal company distribution of incentives/rewards along with the details of those that registered for the promotion.
• Incentives/rewards cannot be exchanged for rebate or cash equivalent.
• NEXTGEN Group offers no taxation advice and accepts no taxation liability to claimants or their employers arising from or in connection with promotions or any similar incentive, loyalty or reward programs. Any taxation liability is the sole responsibility of the claimant to ensure they have permission from their employer to participate in NEXTGEN Incentive/Rewards programs.
• NEXTGEN Group reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.
  
• Rewards will be paid to the authorised partner representative that has opted-into the vendor INCENTA program. Where there is multiple partner representatives that have opted into the same program on behalf of a partner company that has earned rewards, payments will be made to those listed in the “Reward Acceptance Form” communicated to all eligible opted-in partner contacts at the conclusion of the outlined promo period.
