  2. If there are fewer than 2 winners then the unclaimed tickets go to the next highest Partners as per “Supersonic” metric.
  3. If there are more than 2 partners with complying >$1M deals then the largest two deals are the winners.

• Any deal registrations or activities submitted or approved outside the designated Reward Program timeframe will not be eligible for this Rewards Program.

• You must register your company to participate and accept the INCENTA Program Terms & Conditions.
• Deal Registrations must be Approved and Qualified by Okta to qualify for applicable incentives.
• All participating Okta Partners must have a valid, in force and fully executed Okta Partner agreement.
• Qualifying Okta Deal/Opportunity/Activity Registrations will be taken from the date of the first INCENTA Program registration received by an authorised company representative.
• Eligible Opportunities/Deal Registrations and earned incentives/rewards will be communicated and sent to all program registrants by Monday 3rd November, 2025.
• Offer valid from August 1  –  October 31, 2025.
• The opportunity must close before the end of Q3.

• Rewards will be paid to the authorised partner representative that has opted-into the vendor INCENTA program. Where there is multiple partner representatives that have opted into the same program on behalf of a partner company that has earned rewards, payments will be made to those listed in the “Reward Acceptance Form” communicated to all eligible opted-in partner contacts at the conclusion of the outlined promo period.
• Incentives/rewards cannot be exchanged for rebate or cash equivalent.
