Look left, look right, look left again
The adage of road safety was taught because we needed to enable self-reliance in terms of getting to the other side of the road in one piece. Unfortunately this is mostly not the case with the commercial adoption of AI. Lots of activity and pressure to deliver value with the latest AI tools.
The challenge is there has never been a technology that has moved so fast and with so much implication to our organisational well-being. What are the safety protocols we should be thinking of, what are the risks and do we know the right questions to ask as executives or do we just assume everyone is checking your risks? Our experience is ... they are not.
Let's discuss what executives need to know in an interactive session starting with understanding how deep these issues go, and some of the questions you need to be asking.
