• Promotion Period: 01 August 2026 – 31 October 2026

• Total incentive pool: $5,000 AUD. Rewards will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis while funding remains available.

• Digital Cash Rewards are paid in AUD or NZD via the NEXTGEN XTRM Platform.

• The CrowdStrike INCENTA Program rewards approved Newly onboarded partners with CrowdStrike, Deal Registrations, Closed Won opportunities, CrowdClass training completions (newly onboarded partners only), and approved SMB-focused sales and marketing activities.

• IMPORTANT NOTE: This incentive is different to and in no way related to CrowdStrike’s CrowdCard rewards

1. Any activities submitted, approved or completed outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
2. Eligible participants are authorised CrowdStrike partners transacting through NEXTGEN Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
3. Both newly onboarded CrowdStrike partners and existing CrowdStrike partners adopting or expanding an SMB-focused CrowdStrike practice are eligible to participate.
4. Deal Registrations must be approved by CrowdStrike to qualify for applicable incentives.
5. Closed Won rewards are only payable where the opportunity is invoiced through NEXTGEN during the Promotion Period.
6. Renewals are excluded from this promotion, uplifts to a renewal will be considered.
7. All participating partners must have a valid CrowdStrike Partner Agreement in place.
8. You must register your company and accept the INCENTA Program Terms & Conditions to participate.
9. Qualifying opportunities and activities will be recognised from the date of Program registration.
10. CrowdClass Enablement Rewards are available to newly onboarded CrowdStrike partners only.

Deal Registration & Conversion Rewards

1. Rewards are available for approved, net-new CrowdStrike SMB opportunities.

2. Only one Deal Registration reward may be paid per approved opportunity.

3. Converted Deal rewards are payable only when the registered opportunity reaches Closed Won status and is invoiced through NEXTGEN within the Promotion Period.

4. Opportunity value will be determined using the approved CrowdStrike opportunity value.

CrowdClass Enablement Rewards

1. Rewards are available only to newly onboarded CrowdStrike partners.

2. Proof of completion is required before rewards can be approved.

3. Acceptable proof includes:

• CrowdClass completion certificate; or

• CrowdStrike training completion confirmation.

4. Each participant may claim each training reward once only.

Demand Generation Accelerator Rewards

1. SMB Blitz Days, SMB email campaigns and account mapping activities must be completed in conjunction with or approved by NEXTGEN.

2. Proof of activity completion may be requested by NEXTGEN before rewards are approved.

3. Account Mapping rewards are limited to one claim per partner during the Promotion Period.

General

1. Rewards will be paid to the authorised partner representative(s) nominated during Program registration.

2. Incentives and rewards cannot be exchanged for rebates or cash equivalents.

3. Rewards are subject to verification and approval by NEXTGEN and CrowdStrike.

1. NEXTGEN offers no taxation advice and accepts no liability for taxation obligations arising from participation in this Program.
2. Participants are responsible for obtaining their employer's approval to participate where required.
3. Any taxation liability arising from rewards received is the sole responsibility of the recipient.

1. NEXTGEN reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time.
2. NEXTGEN and CrowdStrike reserve the right to determine the eligibility of all activities, opportunities and claims.
3. All decisions made by NEXTGEN are final.
