• Total incentive/reward prize pool is $3,000 AUD. First come first served. 
• Digital Cash Rewards are paid in AUD/NZD via NEXTGEN's XTRM Digital Payment Platform depending on the partner location.

• Any deal registrations or activities submitted or approved outside the designated Reward Program timeframe will not be eligible for this Rewards Program.
• You must register your company to participate and accept the INCENTA Program Terms & Conditions.
• Deal Registrations must be Approved and Qualified by Crowdstrike to qualify for applicable incentives.
• All participating Crowdstrike Partners must have a valid, in force and fully executed Crowdstrike Partner agreement.
• Qualifying Crowdstrike Deal/Opportunity/Activity Registrations will be taken from the date of the first INCENTA Program registration received by an authorised company representative.
• The minimum qualifying criteria must be met in order to be eligible:
  • 10 approved deal registrations
  • 3 Risk Assessments
  • $50K USD in NPACV bookings
• Winning partners will be selected on those that firstly meet qualifying criteria and then from the top 3 partners who achieve the most approved DRs and Risk Assessments
• Offer available to ANZ partners only
• Both Direct and Indirect CrowdStrike partners are eligible to participate
• Only new platform bookings closed through NEXTGEN are eligible, any opportunities transacted directly with the vendor or through another supplier will not count
• Deal registrations must have NEXTGEN tagged as the distributor
• Both Resell and MSSP opportunities are eligible
• Only Falcon Shield (SaaS) Risk Assessments are eligible
  • If a Cloud or Identity Risk Assessment is run during the incentive period it will be at CrowdStrike and NEXTGENs discretion if this eligible
• Risk Assessments must be either be completed by 31^st Jan 2026 or at minimum, the Risk Assessment must be configured in the end-users environment and actively be in-progress to be counted
• Risk Assessment must be run in-conjunction with NEXTGEN to be eligible
• If you are currently participating on another NEXTGEN-CrowdStrike distribution program eg APEX Champions Program. DRs, Risk Assessments, NPACV bookings will also be eligible to be counted towards that program.
• APJ Summit - 3 partners can attend with max 2 attendees per partner that will be awarded flights, accommodation and tickets.

• In some cases, NEXTGEN can raise and process applicable Vendor Deal Registrations on behalf of the partner. If you would like to be contacted about this, please check the applicable box on the INCENTA registration form.
• Rewards will be paid to the authorised partner representative that has opted-into the vendor INCENTA program. Where there is multiple partner representatives that have opted into the same program on behalf of a partner company that has earned rewards, payments will be made to those listed in the “Reward Acceptance Form” communicated to all eligible opted-in partner contacts at the conclusion of the outlined promo period.
• Incentives/rewards cannot be exchanged for rebate or cash equivalent.

• NEXTGEN offers no taxation advice and accepts no taxation liability to claimants or their employers arising from or in connection with promotions or any similar incentive, loyalty or reward programs. Any taxation liability is the sole responsibility of the claimant to ensure they have permission from their employer to participate in NEXTGEN Incentive/Rewards programs.
• Digital Cash Reward Payments to eligible registrants will be made via a virtual wallet in NEXTGEN XTRM platform instance. When accessing the payment in their assigned wallet, the recipient accepts all liability for FBT and other taxation and accepts they have a duty to disclose via the available XTRM platform reporting to local tax agencies and their internal company management as requested.
